Operations Support Specialist
Your Role:
As an Operations Support Specialist , you'll work closely with key members of our team, providing crucial support and gaining invaluable experience for a fulfilling career path. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing (Including but not limited to):
- Coordinating schedules
- Drafting correspondence and handling incoming calls
- Developing presentations and meeting materials
- Conducting research
- Field visits and on-site appointments
- Performing clerical tasks (invoicing, report writing, memo drafting, letter composition, spreadsheet management, etc.)
- Attending meetings, delivering presentations, and taking thorough notes
- Carrying out all assigned tasks from you manager
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making abilities
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Commitment to high-level customer service and response
- Proficiency in Google tools, Microsoft Office suite
Key Details:
- Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage

- Monday - Friday 7 AM to 5 PM
- After hours and weekends depending on the workload
